Every Friday you will meet your group in a virtual classroom. Your teacher will utilize current topics of interest to moderate a discussion giving you an opportunity to practically speak – The focus of the this course is developing the skills to easily communicate with others! The interactive online platform offers different settings. For example: you can join a small group of your classmates and work together to develop your position on a given topic. Afterwards you re-group with the rest of the class and exchange your views. What are the most convincing ideas? How can you best convey them in German? The teacher is always happy to jump in and offer suggestions and advice.

Your German Conversation course online – practise speaking and meet new people

Thanks to the online format you can log in to the course from anywhere – all you need is a good internet connection. This is why this course course is not only a great way to practise speaking but also to meet new people from all over the world. This means that, as an extra benefit, you can gain insights into different cultures and make new friends. The German Conversation course online is taught by one of our native speaking teachers who will introduce you to the topic of each session, explain new vocabulary, and is always happy to answer your questions during the lesson. If you want to practice other language areas in addition to your speaking - such as reading or writing - or if you want to further develop your grammar skills, then consider combining this course with another online course. Like all our other courses, the German Conversation course online has a duration of four weeks. It always takes place on Friday which means you have four classes per course month. Each class lasts for two hours and 45 minutes. Once you see how quickly you are progressing, you can easily extend your course by another month.
